The signature 12 week program

Back to You

The diagnosis changed your life. Treatment changed your body. That takes a different kind of support.

A small-group health coaching program to help you rebuild your strength, trust your body again, and create evidence-based habits that support your long-term health, so you can feel strong, confident, and radiant again.

Practical, supportive, and walked through together. Not handed to you as more homework.

This might be for you if

If more than one of these lands, you are in the right place.

Your energy does not match your ambition yet.

You have lost the thread of who you are outside of being a patient.

You do not trust your body the way you used to.

You want to rebuild strength, body, mind and sense of self, but do not know where to start.

You are done surviving. You are ready to live again.

What this actually is

What health coaching looks like

Not advice. Not therapy. Not another thing to manage.

  • Understand what your body actually needs now, not what it needed before.
  • Build sustainable routines around food, movement, sleep and stress that actually hold.
  • Rebuild confidence in your body and your own judgment, with less second-guessing.
  • Find your footing again, in your health, your capable self, and in your sense of purpose.
The Radiance Rebuild System

What we work through together

Five parts. Twelve weeks. One clear progression from where you are now to how you want to live going forward.

ONE

See Clearly

We start with an honest look at where you actually are, using a wellness assessment that maps every part of your health integrated with the wholeness of you rather than only the medical part. Together, we identify what needs support first, so you’re not trying to fix everything at once. By the end of these two weeks, you’ll have clear priorities, a roadmap forward, and your first wins already underway.

Weeks 1 to 2
TWO

Clear What’s Not Yours

This is where we put down the pressure to be back to normal, and name the grief and the comparison that nobody warned you about. We look at what is draining you, where your boundaries have gone soft, and what survival mode is still costing you. You leave carrying your own expectations instead of everyone else’s.

Weeks 3 to 4
THREE

Rebuild Your Base

The longest part, and the most practical. We rebuild the foundations your body relies on: nourishment, hydration, energy, strength, sleep, sustainable routines, and recovery. You build evidence-based habits that support long-term health and help decrease the risk factors you can influence, while gradually rebuilding strength and trust in your body. By the end, you have a stronger base that carries you rather than one you have to keep propping up.

Weeks 5 to 8
FOUR

Remember Yourself

From that stronger foundation, we turn toward what brings you alive: joy, play, curiosity, and the things that got shelved. We look at the relationships that support you and the ones that do not, then start shaping what you actually want from this next chapter. You reconnect with who you are now, not who you were, and begin building a life that actually fits.

Weeks 9 to 11
FIVE

Live Aligned

The last week pulls all of it together into your own personal radiance plan: what you keep doing, what supports you, and how you find your way back when life gets messy. You leave with something written down and workable, while the habits and practices you’ve built are becoming part of how you live.

Week 12

How it runs

So you know exactly what you are saying yes to before you say it.

1

We talk first

Nobody joins without a conversation. We spend forty minutes looking at where you are now, what you want to rebuild, and what could help you move forward. If working together makes sense, we talk about that too.

2

You join the next group

Every week there is a live 75 minute group coaching session, a live strength class with me, and a live oncology informed yoga class led by a colleague of mine. Between sessions you have two workouts you can do in your own time, at your own pace. Everything live is recorded, so a hard week does not put you behind.

3

We work through it together

A small group means you are not doing this alone, and you are not the only one who feels the way you feel. You get support and accountability from women who actually get it.

4

You leave with something that holds

Strength and confidence you can feel, a nervous system that finally gets to settle, and habits built to survive a bad week rather than a perfect one. You keep your workouts, your Wellness Wheel, and your own written plan. Most of all, you leave more connected to yourself and more fully engaged in the life that lights you up.

Shannon McConnell
Who you are working with
Hi, I am Shannon,

and my path has been anything but linear.

I rebuilt my own strength after chemo and seven surgeries, and returned to active duty as a firefighter.

I work with women who refuse to be sidelined. Not because I read about this in a textbook, but because I have walked into those appointments myself and know exactly how long the drive home feels.

Wishing radiance to light your journey,

The shift

Twelve weeks from now

Not a promise of a different body. A different relationship with the one you have.

Where most women start
  • Your energy runs out long before your day does.
  • You keep measuring today against who you were before diagnosis.
  • Moving your body feels risky, when you don’t trust it like you used to.
  • You are holding everyone else up and quietly running on empty.
  • Everyone says how well you look, and nobody asks how you actually are.
Where they finish
  • You know what your body needs now, and you give it that support.
  • You stopped competing with past versions of yourself.
  • You enjoy moving again, safely rebuilding strength and trust in your body.
  • Your boundaries hold, and you stopped apologizing for them.
  • You have a room of women who get it, where you can hear your own voice again.

Twelve weeks is not long. It is long enough.

Choosing your investment

Set out plainly, so there are no surprises on the call.

Every place in the group is the same place. The same twelve weeks, the same sessions, the same access to me.

Solidarity

If money is genuinely tight right now, and cost would otherwise keep you out.

$897

or 3 payments of $326

About $75 a week

Standard

If your circumstances are steady and this is an expense you can plan for.

$1,397

or 3 payments of $505

About $116 a week

Sustainer

If you are able to give a little more, so that a Solidarity place stays open for someone else.

$1,897

or 3 payments of $650

About $158 a week

Your financial circumstances shouldn’t determine whether you have access to meaningful support.

Solidarity pricing makes room for different financial realities while preserving the same experience for every woman. The work is the same. What you’re carrying isn’t.

A private financial reflection guides you toward the investment level that best reflects your current circumstances, without having to guess what you “should” pay. Nobody is asked to prove anything, and nobody will ask you why you chose what you chose.

What’s included

Thirty six live sessions across the twelve weeks, plus two private ones. At the Solidarity rate that is under $25 a session. Identical at every rate.

  • 12 weekly live group coaching sessions, 75 minutes each
  • A weekly live strength class, taught by me
  • A weekly live oncology informed yoga class, led by a colleague
  • Two private one to one coaching sessions with me
  • A group Reiki session during the twelve weeks
  • The Radiance Rebuild System, five parts and twelve lessons
  • Two self directed workouts a week, yours to keep
  • Replays of every live session, so a hard week doesn’t leave you behind

Private Reiki sessions are available separately, and are never part of what you are asked to pay for here. Nothing is due today. We talk first, and payment only comes up if we both agree this is right for you.

Who this is not for

Saying this plainly matters more than filling every seat.

  • This is not therapy, and it is not medical advice. It does not replace your care team.
  • If you are deep in active treatment, this may not be the right moment. The work asks for energy you may not have to spare yet, though that is genuinely individual and worth a conversation rather than an assumption.
  • If you are looking for a meal plan or a workout plan to follow on your own, there are cheaper places to get one.
  • If you cannot make the live sessions most weeks, this will not give you what it should. The replays are there for the week life gets in the way, but the group is where the work actually happens.

Questions people ask

Is this therapy?

No. Health coaching is not therapy and it is not medical care. It fills the gap between your clinical appointments and the rest of your life, which is where most of the actual rebuilding happens.

Do I have to talk in front of the group?

Never more than you want to. Some women speak up from the first session, others listen for weeks first. Both are completely fine.

What if I miss a session?

Every live session is recorded and the replay is made available to you, so you can catch up in your own time. Weeks where you have nothing left to give are expected here, not penalized.

How long after treatment should I wait before joining?

There is no single answer, and I would not trust anyone who gave you one. Active treatment means very different things to different women. Someone living with metastatic cancer may be in treatment, stable, and completely right for this. Someone else may need a few more months. That is exactly what the call is for, and we decide it together.

What if I cannot afford the full price?

Please don’t let financial hardship stop you from starting the conversation. If Back to You feels like the right fit but money is the thing standing in the way, let’s talk about what might be possible.

What if it turns out not to be right for me?

If you have been through the first two weeks and it genuinely is not the right fit, I will refund you in full, no awkward conversation required. After that point, I cannot offer refunds because your place is held for the full twelve weeks and the group is intentionally kept small.

Reclaim your health. Rediscover your brilliance.

Nobody joins this program without a conversation first. Tell me where you are in a few short questions, then we talk it through properly and work out together whether this is the right next step for you. Sometimes the first step is simply starting the conversation.

Places are limited to 15, and a new group starts every two to three months.
