Our services are delivered across two platforms: our main website on Wix (www.redefineyourradiance.com) and our coaching and course platform powered by Go High Level (info.shannonmcconnellcoach.com). By using our websites, completing intake forms, enrolling in programs, or engaging in coaching services, you agree to the practices described below.

a. Personal & Contact Information

When you complete a form, register for a program, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, date of birth, and basic demographic information such as pronouns, relationship status, and household details.

b. Health & Wellness Information

To provide personalized coaching, our intake forms may collect sensitive health-related information including current and past health conditions, medications and supplements, mental and emotional health history, nutritional habits, sleep and stress patterns, and your personal health goals. This information is used solely to support your coaching journey and is treated with the highest level of confidentiality.

c. Program & Course Enrollment

When you register for a course, free resource (such as the 3-Day Guided Reset), or coaching program through our Go High Level platform, we collect your name, email, and any information you voluntarily provide during enrollment or onboarding.

d. SMS / Text Message Communications

If you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages from us, we will use that number to send coaching-related communications, program updates, session reminders, and wellness content via SMS.

By opting in to SMS, you agree to the following:

• You are providing express written consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Redefine Your Radiance.

• Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.

• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. You will receive one final confirmation message.

• For help, reply HELP or contact us through our website.

• Your mobile number will never be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Consent to receive SMS is not required as a condition of purchasing any product or service.

e. Website & Technical Data

When you visit our websites, our hosting platforms may automatically collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and device type. This is used for analytics and improving the user experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and personalize our health coaching services

• Prepare for and conduct coaching sessions

• Deliver courses, programs, and free resources you have registered for

• There is an imminent risk of harm to you or others

• You provide explicit written consent to share specific information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or health information to any third party.

4. Third-Party Platforms

We use trusted third-party platforms to deliver our services. These platforms may handle website hosting, course delivery, email, SMS messaging, scheduling, and video conferencing. The specific tools we use may change over time — this policy will be updated when they do.

Our current primary platforms are Wix (main website) and Go High Level via Thrive (coaching platform, courses, email, and SMS). All platforms are selected with care and are only given access to information necessary for their function. We are not responsible for their independent privacy practices and encourage you to review their policies.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access or misuse, including storing records in secured password-protected systems, limiting access to authorized personnel, and using encrypted communication channels where possible. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure, but we take your privacy seriously and do our best to protect it.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as our coaching relationship is active and for a reasonable period thereafter, as needed for legal or administrative purposes. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us.

7. Your Rights & Choices

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information; opt out of email communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email; opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP; and request a portable copy of your data. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information in Section 9.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our services are intended for adults 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently done so, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, platforms, or legal requirements. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this document will reflect any changes.
